How the prize lands
From draw to payout.
The moment a winning entry is drawn, we get in touch using the contact details on the ticket. After a quick check on your ID and the ticket number, the prize goes out by e-transfer or cheque inside seven business days.
If a prize isn’t collected, we hold it in trust under Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) rules. The full unclaimed-prize process lives on the Rules & Regulations page.
